Our Story
Protag AS was founded by three entrepreneurs with a clear mission: transform compliance and sustainability from a cost burden into a source of value creation. Mads Lindhardsen, Yannick Lietzke, and Suraj Jaiswal combine over 30years of collective experience spanning enterprise sales, industrial engineering, and software development — united by the vision to redefine how businesses handle traceability, documentation, and regulatory readiness.
Yannick brings substantial experience in the complience heavy sectors, where he has led multi-million-euro programs in compliance-critical environments. Mads has over a decade of experience scaling enterprise solutions across the European and Asian markets, securing long-term contracts with major industrial clients and maintaing large-scale production and documentation. Suraj contributes 20+ years in software and ERP development, having delivered secure, mission-critical platforms for global enterprises, including large-scale SAP deployments.
